Bahrain Post Issues Commemorative Stamps on the Occasion of Bahrain’s National Day

As part of the Kingdom’s national celebrations marking Bahrain’s National Day, the Ministry of Transportation’s Bahrain Post has issued a souvenir sheet of four commemorative stamps crowned with the portrait of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain.

The commemorative stamps, which were designed by Khalid Muharraqi, provide an artistic impression that portrays and symbolizes the Kingdom’s progress and prosperity which is a result of investing in human capital development under the auspicious rule and guidance His Majesty the King and the Government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister, and with the support and backing of His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier.

The stamps are available in a 200 fils, 250 fils, 300 fils, and 400 fils denominations and a first day cover with souvenir sheet at BD 1.500. The stamps are available at all Bahrain Post branches.
