HE Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, received Gines Jaime Ricardo Gallaga, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to Bahrain.
The minister highlighted the advanced level of Bahrain–Philippines ties and emphasised the importance of enhancing coordination across various sectors to support sustainable development and keep pace with developments in transport and telecommunications.
The meeting reviewed areas of bilateral cooperation and explored opportunities to further develop them, particularly in transport, telecommunications, and logistics.
For his part, the ambassador expressed appreciation for Bahrain’s progress in the transport and telecommunications sectors, noting his country’s keenness to strengthen bilateral cooperation to serve the shared interests of the two countries.
