Meteorological Services

The Bahrain Meteorological Directorate provides comprehensive weather-related advice and information to government entities, civil aviation, marine operations, the military, media, the private sector, and the general public through various media channels. The Directorate also operates the Meteorological Pilot Briefing Portal, which provides aviation-specific meteorological briefings for pilots, airlines, and aviation stakeholders. The portal offers access to aeronautical weather products, forecasts, warnings, and operational weather information required for flight planning and safe aviation operations within the Bahrain FIR.

As a member of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the Directorate offers 24/7 online real-time weather updates, forecasts, warnings, climatological records, and seismological data through its dedicated websites - Bahrain Weather and Bahrain Seismology.
