H.E. Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, met with Saleh bin Nasser Al Jasser, Minister of Transport and Logistics Services of Saudi Arabia.
The meeting came on the sidelines of H.E. Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed’s participation in the Sustainable Maritime Industry Conference 2025 held in Jeddah.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two countries in the transport and telecommunications sectors, to support sustainable development plans and improve infrastructure, logistics, and maritime services.
The two sides underscored the strong and historical Bahrain-Saudi relations and noted the importance of expanding cooperation in the transport sector and related services, enhancing the competitiveness of both economies and supporting sustainable development goals.
This meeting reflects the shared commitment of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia to strengthen strategic partnership and maintain ongoing coordination across various sectors, benefiting both countries and reinforcing their positions on the international stage.
