Shaikh Ahmed bin Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Assistant Undersecretary for Telecommunications at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, received a delegation from Amazon Leo, including Mostafa Moussa, Head of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs for the Middle East and North Africa, and Malek Messai, Head of Spectrum Affairs for the Middle East and North Africa.
Shaikh Ahmed bin Isa emphasised the ministry's commitment to enhancing cooperation with leading global companies and reviewing innovative technological solutions that support the development of the telecommunications sector and the growth of the Kingdom of Bahrain's digital economy.
The meeting also discussed opportunities for cooperation in satellite communications and advanced technologies, and their role in supporting digital transformation and enhancing the continuity of communications services.
